Submission Terms & Agreement

Grant of Rights: You grant MINE. a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, edit, reproduce, distribute, and display your Submission in whole or in part, across any and all media platforms now known or hereafter developed, for the series and related promotional purposes.

Clearances & Ownership: You represent and warrant that you are the sole creator and owner of the Submission, or that you have secured all necessary rights and permissions from any third parties involved.

Music & Audio: You explicitly warrant that any music, sound effects, or audio tracks included in your Submission are either completely original to you, in the public domain, or fully cleared and licensed for global distribution. You agree that MINE. faces no obligation for royalties or third-party fees regarding any audio used.

Release: You release MINE. from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising out of the use of your name, likeness, profession, or Submission as part of MINE. The Series.
